The MTSS Coordinator will provide administrative leadership to the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) structure team to ensure all essential components of MTSS are implemented and monitored with fidelity and lead to dramatic and quantifiable academic, social-emotional, and behavioral achievement results for students. The Coordinator directly supervises the Behavior Intervention Specialist and At Risk Social Workers in the district.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Behavior or related area.
Master’s Degree in Education or related field preferred.
Management or leadership experience in a work setting.
Experience with Behavior analysis and school intervention programs
School Administrator Certificate with State of Michigan
