Project Coordinator – Business Services Pupil Accounting Services
The Project Coordinator – Business Services Pupil Accounting Services is responsible for coordinating the verification of the pupil membership counts, desk audits, field audits, Graduation and Dropout audits, instructional time compliance and serves as a consultant to all Local Education Agencies(LEAs) and Public School Academies (PSAs) in the constituency and other shared service areas on issues regarding pupil accounting.
One (1) full-time position available; 37.5 hours per week; 52 weeks per year.
$15.30 per hour.

Eligible for health insurance and life insurance after one full day of employment; dental, vision and disability insurance after 90 working days. Employees shall be subject to the co-payment of health care costs in accordance with state law and the GIESPA agreement.
High school diploma/equivalent plus thirty hours of coursework of study beyond high school required. College level coursework in office administration, business or technology preferred. Associate’s degree preferred. Documented continuing education hours, State Continuing Education Clock Hours (SCECHs), workshops, or seminars equivalent to thirty plus hours may be considered. MSBO/MPAAA Pupil Accounting Auditor, Pupil Accounting Specialist, or Educational Data Specialist certification preferred.
Minimum three years experience in a business or educational agency required. Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office software at the basic level required. Student data software experience preferred. Minimum one year pupil accounting experience preferred.
