The Board of Education of East Grand Rapids Public Schools seeks a superintendent who is a strong leader, has an extensive background in K-12 education, and will be an effective communicator with staff and community. This educational leader will actively work with the Board and community to set and reach goals. The new Superintendent should be an instructional leader, innovative, and a creative problem solver. This educational leader should be friendly, honest, and ethical.
