The Three Rivers Community Schools Board of Education is seeking a superintendent to begin work July 1, 2018. The Board is being assisted in the search by Dr. Rodney Green, Consultant for Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB).
Three Rivers is located in beautiful western Michigan. The district serves approximately 2,600 students, pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade, in seven school buildings. In addition, Three Rivers is providing innovative electives to home school and private school students through the Three Rivers Partnership and has a Virtual Learning Center (A Berrien Springs Partner School) offering high-quality online school courses in a friendly, safe, and college-like environment. Three Rivers has a caring and committed staff. Three Rivers High School was selected for bronze status in US News Best US High Schools in 2017. Three Rivers is a District of Educational Excellence.
The Board is seeking a superintendent who is a strong leader with excellent financial skills and a solid background in curriculum and technology. The superintendent should be an effective communicator with staff and community, actively work with the Board and community to set and reach goals, and be a creative problem solver. This educational leader should be ethical, honest and friendly.

Salary and Contract Information
The district will offer a competitive wage and benefit package (salary range $125,000 to $145,000) that reflects the experience and education of the candidate chosen as the next superintendent.
